Was found in the stomach of a lady who came with a krait bite. Similar 4 pieces  also came out during vomiting. It seems such things are given to patients during witch-craft especially after snake bite or seizures. . . This is a twig of some plant . . . We ended up treating her for the irritation caused by these pieces of vegetation rather than the envenomation which was easier to manage. . . 

Viper bite - Gangrene due to local envenomation. The patient had come within one hour of the bite. . .
We had to do some amount of debridement. We would need to do a skin graft sometime later. . . 

A very large fibroid which we diagnosed accidently . . . Weighed 2 kilograms . . .
