Our little singers . . .

After the last video of our children singing, it was only couple of days back that I was able to respond to Shalom's repeated requests to film one of their singing sessions.

For this point in time, the song was a very telling reminder of what God is to each one of us. The song was their selection . . .

Ritika, who is a new friend joined them for the performance . . .

Birthday Cards

We had given Shalom a handcrafted birthday card last year. This time, both the older kids were determined to make me birthday cards on my birthday couple of days back.

Below are the scanned copies of the cards . . .

Charis' Paintings

Putting Shalom's paintings on the blog was quite an incentive for Charis also to be artistic.

Child art . . . Perceptions or Innocense

Few days back, I came back home and saw a painting Shalom, our six year old son had painted and stuck to one of the cupboards at home. Later, Angel explained that he's drawn our family as a family of ducks.

You can see me, leading the pack.

Then, there is a very female duckling, most probably representing Chesed, the youngest one.

Following that is Angel, who is obviously the largest in the family.

After that there is a male duckling, which is of course, Shalom.

And the last is another female duckling, which is a bit bigger than the other female duckling, which should mean Charis.

I wonder if the painting is only an expression of art from my little boy or is it a complex representation of what he perceives about the family ! ! !

Children . . .

Assorted snaps of Shalom, Charis and Chesed doing various things . . .

2 weeks back, we had a short visit to Kolkota. It was a sort of a new development for
Shalom and Charis as they decided to get onto the upper berth without much fuss.

The return journey was better as they insisted on sleeping on the middle berth

Here is Charis waiting to milk her cow. Hope you did not miss the
gross mismatch between the bucket and the cow.

Shalom started guitar classes 2 weeks back.

The trio watching cartoon in my old laptop

Talking about cartoons, the daily roster for cartoons. We implemented it after
there were regular episodes of debating on what to watch.
More snaps later . . .
