Learner

This has been something I had been planning to do for quite a long time.

Now, that the exams are over, and I've cleared the practicals, I suppose it's a nice time to start.

Well, let me introduce myself. A graduate in medicine, waiting for post-graduate results. Works in a place called the Jawadhi Hills as a medical officer in charge of a project run by the Department of Community Medicine, Christian Medical College, Vellore.

Now, something about the my title - 'the learner'. Till sometime back, maybe a couple of years, I thought that once you reach a certain age in life, you stop learning and start sharing your experience and teaching others. But, I realised that life is a never ending process of learning. And the more you learn, the more you realise how less you know. So, the title - the learner.

By the way, in Argentina, the wearing of a white coat symbolises learning. And doctors wearing white coats in this context is quite meaningful.....
